Joining BTES is simple and student-friendly. We want your journey from inquiry to arrival in Cebu to feel smooth, safe, and stress-free.
Before your arrival, your room is carefully prepared to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space. Facilities are checked, and basic items are arranged so you can settle in easily from the first day.
BTES arranges staff to support your arrival at the airport. Your flight is monitored in advance to ensure a smooth and timely pick-up, even in case of delays or early arrival.
After passing through immigration, please proceed to the arrival area where BTES staff will be waiting for you with a school sign. Our team will guide and assist you directly from the airport to the school. Reminder: Before exiting the airport, kindly make sure to check your passport stamp and collect all your luggage.

Upon arrival, our staff will assist you with the check-in process, luggage handling, and provide essential room guidance to ensure a smooth and comfortable transition into your accommodation.
You will be given an introduction to key areas of the school, including the classrooms, dining area, and student support offices, to ensure you are well prepared for your first day at BTES.
On your first day, you will take an English Placement Test to assess your current level. This helps us create a personalized study plan and place you in the classes that best suit your needs.
You will join an orientation session led by our coordinators, where you will learn about school rules, your daily schedule, and everything you need to feel comfortable in your new student life at BTES.
Our staff will take you on a campus tour, showing you key areas such as the classrooms, dining area, and student support facilities so you can feel comfortable navigating the school.
In the afternoon of your first day, our staff will take you on a short trip to exchange currency and buy daily essentials, helping you settle in and feel more comfortable living in Cebu.
